four methods listed below.
Order On-Line:
Use our secure on-line shopping cart. We accept Visa and MasterCard
and American Express. Please go to the item or items page, select
the item or items that you wish to purchase and fill in all required
information on the checkout order form. Your credit card information
is collected on our SSL secured server. If you have concerns about
your information being secure please visit: www.comodogroup.com.

We accept
personal Visa, MasterCard, American Express, checks and money
orders. We accept credit cards through the shopping cart and over
the phone.
Shipping Procedures
& Policy:
Shipment of all products should be confirmed by a return email.
Most common items are in stock, but backorders will occur on
occassion. When an item is back ordered we will notify you immediately
that there will be a delay and how long that delay will be.
If you would like to establish Net 30 day terms, please submit
your company credit application. In most cases credit checks
will take 1-2 business days. First time orders are encouraged
to use their credit card to avoid shipping delays.
Shipping - Cont. U.S. Orders:
Regular
Delivery - 3 to 5 Days; We ship your order UPS ground, prepaid
and added freight charges from our Anaheim, CA facility unless
otherwise requested. We can also ship collect via UPS with your
account number. Should your order be large enough to ship by
common LTL carrier, we will notify you and prepay and add freight
charges unless you provide us with a collect shipper number.
Most orders will ship within 1 working day for any items in
stock and backorders will be shipped as soon as inventory is
available.

Please
carefully inspect the merchandise immediately upon receipt. If
any item does not meet your approval, simply contact American
CleanStat within 10-days of receipt for a Return Merchandise Authorization
and credit (less 15% restocking fee or full credit towards another
purchase). Shipping, handling and COD charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of
the customer. No returned parcels will be accepted freight collect
or COD. American CleanStat is not responsible for returned merchandise
that is damaged in shipping.Important: You must contact American
CleanStat, for a return authorization number. Without this number,
returned merchandise will be refused. This number must appear
on the outside of the returned box. Be sure to enclose a copy
of your original invoice with your returned merchandise. All items
returned for exchange or refund must be new and must include the
original packaging materials. Refunds or credits will be adjusted
accordingly in the event items are missing or damaged. Special
orders, close-outs and products sold " as is " cannot
be returned. Items received by American CleanStat, which have
been damaged as a result of inadequate packaging or neglect by
the customer, will be returned to the customer.
American CleanStat, maintains the
privacy and security of its customers and their personal information.
AMERICAN CLEANSTAT, does not and will not sell, release or
give away any of its customer's information including customer
name, address, phone number, e-mail address, credit card information
and/or purchases made.AMERICAN CLEANSTAT, only uses personal
information from its customers to complete the transaction
and to verify the validity of the purchase and associated
credit card charge being made. AMERICAN CLEANSTAT, may, periodically,
use customer's information for its own internal marketing
purposes to notify customers of special sales or promotions.AMERICAN
CLEANSTAT, uses the latest in electronic transaction security
technology in it's shopping cart portion of the website. AMERICAN
CLEANSTAT, guarantees that it will do everything possible
to protect and guard the privacy of its customers and their
