Cleanroom Labels

Cleanroom labels are made from a variety of non-particle generating adhesive films, paper and plastics. They can be blank or pre-printed or custom printed. Features may include static dissipative film or special non-residue leaving adhesives. Pre-printed labels require significant minimum order quantities.

Cleanroom Tapes
|
Proudly featuring the Ultra-Tape brand of high quality cleanroom tapes. Processed and web-ionized for cleanliness these cleanroom tapes are wound onto a plastic, non linting core. They are wound and slit in a cleanroom environment and often are made with the use of ionization webs to help keep particles from being attracted or embedded into the adhesive. Common cleanroom tapes are made from polyethylene or vinyl and rolls or packs are individually packaged to ensure cleanliness. Low adhesive residues for maintaining cleanliness.

Floor Marking Tapes
|
Tapes used to lay-out areas of a floor for identification of aisles, storage areas or restricted areas. Usually a plastic tape that has a very aggressive adhesive that will stick to concrete or other finished floors.

Kapton Tapes
|
Kapton tape is a registered DuPont trademark, identifying a tape that is high temperature resistant. This copper colored tape is used to cover areas of a soldered board or component that is being exposed to temperatures from solder irons and wave soldering. It is available with either a silicone based adhesive or a more agressive acrylic based adhesive.

Packaging Tapes
|
Packaging tapes are typically inexpensive polyethylene film tapes that fit onto a 3" core and are dispensed by a tape gun or dispensing machine. Also offered are tapes that have added filaments of nylon or polyester strands to help bundle packages together.
