A
merican CleanStat is a controlled environment, production supply distributor. We have designed
(6) different types of StatStock™ inventory service programs to meet the needs of our clients. Each program is tailored to meet the customer’s requirements for products, just in time inventory, paperwork and quality control standards.

When a StatStock™ inventory services agreement is put into effect with American CleanStat, your specific, customized program is installed and managed as part of the agreement with no additional charges.

  1. StatStock™ - FORECASTED INVENTORY PROGRAM
    This is a simple program that ensures that a minimum level of stock is always available from our warehouse for immediate delivery. The sales account manager and the customer purchasing contact agree to a list of items that move regularly and that minimum stock levels will be maintained at the American CleanStat distribution center. It is perfect for those items that have regular, but fluctuating usages. It is designed to work within the customer’s standard MRO purchasing system.

  2. StatStock™ – MINMAX PROGRAM
    This program sets weekly minimums and maximum inventory levels that either your sales account manager or the service driver will review for replenishment to the desired MAX levels. The shipment will be delivered and stocked and an invoice for the delivery will be billed per the specifics of the purchase order.

  3. StatStock™ - BLANKET ORDER DELIVERY PROGRAM
    This program allows a customer to set a blanket order with desired delivery dates and ensures that those items will be shipped and delivered within any two-day window established. This type of program does require adequate lead-time notification* prior to the desired delivery dates. This program insures on-time deliveries on blanket order shipments.


  4. StatStock™ – CONSIGNMENT PROGRAM
    This program sets weekly minimums and maximum inventory levels that the service driver will manage through a weekly count and replenishment system. The customer will only be billed each week for the amount actually used. Refills will be delivered weekly and the customer benefits from having immediate stock on hand, but pays only for the quantities used each week.

  5. StatStock™ - CART DELIVERY PROGRAM
    This program allows American CleanStat to deliver to a variety of end-user locations at the customer site and to ship, invoice and deliver the goods to separate departments, using separate department billing accounts. It offers a simple and efficient method to bill and deliver goods to multiple designated locations or departments.

  6. StatStock™ – 3rd PARTY PURCHASING PROGRAM
    This program will enable a customer to consolidate the total number of vendors they use, by putting American CleanStat into a 3rd Party Purchasing Agreement that places a small service charge on each item that is provided from 3rd party vendors. This enables our sales and service team to act as your provider for products that can be managed within the guidelines of your chosen StatStock™ program.
