M1 Technology C30 Cleanroom Polycellulose Wiper

The C30 Cleanroom Wiper is a nonwoven, hydro-entangled wiper made of 55% cellulose and 45% polyester. It is soft, absorbent and the material is low linting. The extractables are 0.110 for deionized water and 0.171 for isopropyl alcohol. Wiper sizes come in 4x4, 6x6, 9x9, 12x12, and 18x18 and packaging varies by the wiper size. The C30 hydroentangeld blend of material is outstanding for its absorbency and low values of particulates and non-volatile residues. It is comprised of a blend of cellulose and polyester fibers. The ultra-clean cellulose portion imparts this grade with its high absorbency and body, while the long polyester fibers contribute to dimensional stability, strength and wicking action. Grade C30 is produced using the process of hydroentanglement and is thus free of chemical binders. It is Class 100 compatible.
